    Fellow Columbians,
I get off work at 6 tonight, was curious if anywhere in Columbus has Oskar Blues in stock yet. I think Weilands might but not sure if they sold out of whatnot. Any input is appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

Weiland's just posted about an hour ago that they got them in

I was in Savor today and they have it but aren't selling it until their 5 o'clock tasting. If you head over after work I would think they would still be around. They also said they got a much smaller than usual amount for this initial order but there will be plenty more later and it shouldn't be hard to get.

It is plentiful and most of them sit on the shelves year round in Pennsylvania (where I work), so hopefully we will have just as easy access here in Ohio.

Did you guys get any G'Knight Imperial Red Ale? So far I've seen Ten Fidy, Dale's Pale Ale, Deviant Dale's, Old Chub, and Yella Pils here in Cleveland..

That's cool. I only stopped at a Whole Foods and a bottleshop, but didn't see any. I'm sure it'll pop up somewhere. Thanks.

No problem man. I think deviant dales is solid but nothing special. Ten fidy is tasting very chocolatey as always, but with a very boozy aftertaste. Maybe because it was canned 10/15
Edit - this was purchased at weilands on indianola.

Savor in Clintonville had Mama's Little Yella Pils, Dale's Pale Ale, Old Chub, Deviant Dale's, and Ten Fidy. Not a huge amount but definitely a decent selection. Dunno how long it'll stick around.

Deviant Dale's fresh is pretty damn tasty.

I was in Cleveland last weekend, had a blast! You guys have some great breweries there, but I didn't see any oskar blues.

Oskar Blues official release date was yesterday so there shouldn't have been any on the shelves over the weekend. Hope you were able to get around and hit up some shops and a few of our fine breweries.

    cheers

I'm pretty sure yesterday was the first day it hit shelves. You probably just missed em. But it's nice to hear you had a good time.

I hit up Rozi's and ross's both were pretty decent. Rozi's was a bit of a shit show cuz they had some event for cleveland beer week going on. Found some speedway and some weyerbacher riserva among other things. Really wish I could've made it to Lizardville. Also you guys have the IPA thing down between columbus, white rajah, and definetly headhunter but I didn't see a single stout from any of those breweries. It gets too damn cold in Cleveland to not have some killer stouts!

I think there's a problem with the distribution on the G'knight in northern Ohio. I ordered 5 cases of it and only received one but everything else I got.

Yea, Simone's and Lizardville would have been your best options with CBW things going on around town. The IPAs from those breweries are all great and agree with you on the lack of stouts...Fatheads and Brew Kettle both brew several of them but are only available at their bars. I think as both of those places continue to grow (both have expanded their productions facilities) that we may start seeing more bottled selections...FatHeads currently only bottles Head Hunter and Bumbleberry but make much more, draught only brews.
