I think they had "Let's sling a little mud, girl" on a can. Another great one in that regard is Holy City's Yeast Wrangler.
Everyone can agree that Sturgill Simpson is one of the best things to happen in music in the past couple years.

Had one last night. Not the best, not the worst. A decent IPA. It's also weird to me that it has slightly lower ABV than Dale's.

Never been a fan of anything Oscar blues, always underwhelmed but heard very good things about this beer from others whom have similarly been underwhelmed before so probably will give it a shot when I find it.

This..Not terrible, but not great either. Kind of just average and bland in my opinion. Their Old Chub though on the other hand is awesome.

Imo their hoppy stuff is pretty consistently overrated.

Gotta agree with this. Just tried both the IPA and Gubna for the first time a few days ago. I also had a draft of Deviant Dale's within the past week and while none were bad, they didn't impress or make me want to buy them again either.

Interesting if confusing addition to their line-up. Dale's is an IPA (and a kickass one at that) no matter what they call it, I think it's safe to say if you've tried the beer you realize that. I wonder how this new beer will fit into the mix and differentiate itself from an already excellent IPA - that's a tough act to follow.

It was released in Co last week. It's a great ipa. With the mid range alcohol level for an ipa it has around 60 IBUs. So not real huge for and ipa. In my opinion dales has a more bitter taste. This just has a nice smooth citrus hop flavor!

Bjcp cut off for APA abv is 6.2%. Brewers association cut off is 5.4%. Both have a 50 ibu cut off. Do ratings sites just the leave guidelines wide open since brewers call them whatever they want?

Its a great IPA! Picked up a 6 pack the other day and I definitely dont regret it. It's 6.43 percent because 43 is Dale Katechis (owner) favorite number so that would explain the lower abv and Blue dream is his favorite marijuana strain. Believe it or not it actually smells very similar to blue dream...

On Dale's PA: It isn't dry hopped*. Which may not be required to classify a beer as a modern IPA, but it might as well be.

*If I recall correctly what a former OB employee told me.

I know it's a bit off subject but G'Knight is the best beer OB brews IMO. All the others (even ten-fiddy are just ok).

I'd agree, when it's fresh it's a great beer, the fresh part is the problem. Dales is ok too, it's middle of the road stuff IMO. BA Chub might be the best OB beer I've ever had though.

I thought this year's Gubna was great. Loads of super dank peachy pineapple, and the alcohol was well masked.

Deviant Dales tastes like garlic bread though, as did Gubna in years past so I get the hate.

I had one of these last night and really enjoyed it. Great aroma, big flavors with some citrus and pine.

I'll go ahead and assume based off your avatar, that this is just a huge troll. If I am correct, Congrats, its a good one.

    If it isn't a troll, here's a one-upper:

More evidence craft beer is a fad. Please make it stop.

Just picked some up in Stoneham, Redstone Liquors, super fresh. Was looking for a IPA while Moms was in town, and this was recommended. As said above, nothing where Im running back to the store to grab another 6er, but god drinking beer none the less. Worth the 6 pack purchase as will be drunk quickly in my household.
