Other BAs you didn’t know you knew

All I know is that @Nugganooch keeps beating me to the punch by 1-2 days in listing new beers available at the Yorba Linda CA Trader Joes, so he might live locally.

 

Despite wearing my BA hat on a regular basis, no one has ever offered me the secret handshake or password. I sense I am in a desolate wasteland devoid of fellow BAs

So, no one here has ever randomly met anyone else here AND there’s so much interest in a challenge coin for poo-bahs that I had to finally look up what it meant…

 

I'm so antisocial that I always try to take over the check-in board before anyone has a chance to do this.

 

Well, I said it was devoid of BAs, not devoid of life, but, trust me, if it was up to me, I would live in another state. However, my wife, with her multiple siblings living within a couple miles of us, sees it differently. Therefore, I am destined to live out my days in this fetid cesspool of over-taxation and leftist politics....but at least we have some good beers to drown my sorrows.

ok, that one made me laugh out loud. I agree, but there are a few BAs I would like to meet...especially the guy who keeps beating me to entering new local-ish beers into the BA database by about 1 -2 days.

 

Great weather too, I could never stand to live there though.

 

I have high hopes for this thread. When I am visiting a brewery I wonder if anyone there is on BA.

 

If you were truly anti-social, you wouldn't check-in, and nobody would know that you were even there......

The good weather is almost a curse. Residents fixate on the good weather and as a result they don't even notice that the politicians are doing all kinds of B.S. Politicians know they can get away with anything because they know the residents won't leave the weather. The Wall St. Journal reminds me on a regular basis in their editorials just how jacked up this state is.
