    I literally live like 5 mins walk from Roberta's now and I've been meaning to go for ages. They have a collab with Sixpoint on that's a variant of Jammer based on one of their cocktails so might have to check out both at the same time

    Yea it really is fantastic.

    I have yet to go to Suprema but heard great things. Even Hank Azaria swears by it. Next time I hit up Haymaker I’ll have to go.

    I gave some friends the syrup caddy beer, the one brewed with waffles, maple syrup, etc, which they liked a lot. They were wondering how it was brewed with waffles. Can anyone provide some insight?

    I’m not positive of their technique but they could have thrown waffles in the mash because they have fermentable sugars. That would have made for one thick mash though.

    Generally I would assume they add it when they mash in but if it’s similar to Berry Berry Compote Compote, they may have added it when they added the spices/fruit post fermentation.

    Anybody else impressed with the latest round of Rochester beers? I didn't get to try Surfing on the Finger Lakes, but Bloomin & Breezing and Flexin on 5&20 were both really great.

    I haven’t had any of those but legit the Syrup Caddy was so good, bummed that the Great British Bakeoff didn’t come down cause I kinda am in the mood for more “pastry sours”

    Stopped tracking/checking in beers for the most part, except for OH since I'm so deep in. Has me wondering, BA has OH listed with 564 "different" beers. What's your count?
