They’re gonna find employees working for cents on the dollar at some huge secret location in the Catskills milking cows 24/7, working in greenhouses filled with heat lamps and sugar cane, producing sweatshop clothing consisting of product with pieces of pizza, cheese and vegetables. Sad!

My two cents would be that instead of big batches of solid beers we're getting as many as 7 or 8 beers in a week, most of which are ipas, that often sellout in a day or two. This is instead of big batches of like 4 beers a week that have a chance to last a whole week. I'm rarely if ever showing up to a brewery Saturday morning anymore. So if I swing by Sunday/Monday night when it's convenient the options can be kinda random.

There are also so many series and different but similar names(noted here constantly) it's hard to keep up and keep it straight. All when at the same time the beers aren't really that different from each other.

I'd also agree about quality not always being consistent. I had some great OH beers last year, but there were definitely ones that weren't very good (although not as high as 40%).

Basically it's possible to show up on a Sunday night and have your choices be one the dream layers beers(off the top of my head I couldn't tell you what this series is or what the variants are) and a Vermont yeast beer(I don't think I like these as much), and that seems kinda far from ideal.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and estimate the thread will average 1 page per day by the end of the year.

I'll bet a round on the over. Add up all the previous totals and add 5% or so for conversations that can't die now... see last post in 2018.

I'll go for 217. Instagram commenting has seen logarithmic growth and there's far less posting of "Line status?", "Why the hell can't they decrease limits when the line is clearly so damn long?" or "Can you fucking believe that asshole cut in front of me?," but when Rochester opens this thread will see a concomitant increase in activity, just not to 2017 levels. If that locale gets a separate thread, I'll go for 174.

I'll settle for 75% classic and 25% new. That works to saturday releases with 1 new beer and 3 "classics". In reality, I think OH's goals for 2019+ are different and make all this 'tose tears go away. They are expanding capacity and they always want a stock of cans for sale in the taproom I'm told. We may get to a point where we can always go to OH and get All Citra, or Mylar, or Space Diamonds etc.

Love Grimm. Though, after the L-Train shutdown in April I won't be visiting anytime soon. I hope their taproom doesn't contain too many tumbleweeds.

Best fruit forward beer they have made IMO. It's actually rated higher than almost all of their IPAs at a 4.5 right now on untapped with 500+ ratings last time I checked...
