I honestly don't think you can hurt the guy anymore. If he isn't already dead inside after several months out in the burbs, he will be soon.

Because I know him to be kind and generous despite all appearances here, I've actually started to wonder whether his relocation might not have been a Christ-like act of sacrifice. By which I mean he welcomes the abuse in order to relieve our burden.

After all, who among us, as we've dealt with the challenges of this terrible year, hasn't been consoled by the fact that at least we didn't also leave the city for a permanently sterile existence in nowheresville? Perhaps he went out there to die so that we all could live through a sense of divine mercy, superiority, and jokes like this.

And rozzom said unto flo, “before @algebeeric_topology cracks his Christmas Eve pastry, you shall have disowned where I live at least three times”. And it came to pass.

How are yall copping these DC beers? Are they sometimes available for curbside pickup on the BK order page?

Yeah. Its a game of check DC instagram and match up item with BK curbside site. For instance I grabbed Strata Forever (or is it reverse) yesterday. You can also kind of tell by the labels they use like those Chroma circles from FLX etc.

They usually show up on the mothership the next day after being released in DC and at Domino Park 2 days or so after release

Haven’t gotten much OH recently so I haven’t had much to add to project #189 (I did have my last can of More Strata than All Strata the other night which was still wonderful) but I wanted to wish all the lactose/milk sugar denizens of this thread (and even those who deny that sweet, sweet nectar ) an early Merry Christmas and good wishes to all.

Is "Porchester" a thing or a recurring typo on OH's social media? Kind of making me nutty.

Hilarious, I didn't even notice! I always referred to it as PoCho growing up which is equally as incorrect I guess - it was just another stop on Metro North. Port Chester never gets much love...

C+S tasting nice. Merry Christmas Eve to those who celebrate.

And FLO responded unto rozzom, "Had you not, with unrestrained self-pity, repeatedly bemoaned the torments of your new residential circumstances first, I never would've followed suit by piling on." And so it, too, came to pass...

But you've always known the teasing is good-natured. Affectionate, even. And that I speak for more than just myself when I say I sincerely hope you and your family have flourished in your bucolic new surroundings while many of us continue to soldier on in a love-hate relationship with this hellhole.

The same heartfelt good wishes go out to everyone on this holy day. City-dwellers, Upstaters, out-of-staters, new dads, old dads, melon-haters, and melon-lovers alike. Even those of you who unfathomably drink the Crunchees and can't get enough tose. Happy holidays to you and yours, gents. And thanks for making this dark year a little bit brighter. Cheers.

Calling @frozyn and others to give exciting predictions for next year!

Prediction 1: I'm going to grab some low hanging fruit and say we see OH's first hard seltzer.

Prediction 2: About midway through the year we stop ripping on OH stouts. They've had a pretty good streak!
