    How did I miss hearing Trillium doing one of them? Monkish did as well so its like almost guaranteed to be coming.

    Andrew has joked about doing one but making it a little over the top, say 11% with some ridiculous treatment.

    John at Bitters and Esters mentioned they're working on finding a yeast that works well but that it's been a bit trickier than they expected.

    what was the cost on the trillium one, b/c the monkish cost (if i remember correctly) was kind of absurd compared to what the going rate for hard seltzer was in a store

    It was draft only from the looks of things, not sure on pricing.

    That actually would be more interesting at least, I can't imagine that the Monkish and Trillium ones are that different from Truely or White Claw.

    My mom is big into saints, praying to right one for whatever problem, so he was Saint Nicholas in my house.

    Never had hard seltzer, can't you just drop a shot of vodka into your Canada Dry and have the same thing?
