I wish they did single cans like Treehouse used to pre-covid

Agreed 100%, but the obvious differences being everything was walk up only and they popped into the massive fridge/grabbed from nearby cases to fill the order

Considering the cases on cases, names scribbled on cardboard, stickers everywhere etc. for various online orders I’ve seen when grabbing a random 4pk I can’t imagine it’s feasible to do anything more customized at the moment. Honestly it’s impressive what they’ve been able to do (though I’d take canning date info on the order site...)

Sure, but Tree House was (at one point) 2 cans of x, 5 cans of y, and 11 cans of z and has some "historical precedence" for lack of a better phrase. Other Half has always been, "it's a case, show up if you want it" with a few exceptions.

    RIP my wallet also.

Will we be seeing more cream cheese stouts? Or maybe some new, crazy adjunct? Any guesses?

Cream cheese seemed to not do much last time around. If it didn't drive the untappd ratings, my thought/hope is that they wouldn't do it again.

Thought it was fun. The Kveik yeast isn't quite as smooth as the house yeast but it still tastes like an OH beer and has no melon!

I recently had a Kveik IPA from Drekker that I really enjoyed so I might have to get Randy Voss.

I think KCBC and Folksbier both use Kveik yeasts if you're looking for some others.

Anyone checked out the Domino location for on-site drinking yet? Apparently they are now open with draft beer and indoor and outdoor seating.

The brewery I bartend at collaborated with 27A used a Kveik yeast last Spring and it was an interesting beer. It was a Sahti, 4%, and was very effervescent and had a decent amount of lemon taste to it and a subtle funk. Went over well with our customers.

First Pastrytown beer is up on the deliver site:

TOTAL STRAW COLLAPSE THICK BANANA MILKSHAKE IPA

Total Straw Collapse Thick Banana Milkshake IPA(7.0%) Yeah, it’s got lactose. Yeah, it has banana. Yeah, it’s got huge doses of wheat and oats to compliment the Citra, Strata and Sabro. So creamy and thick it’s definitely going to pull a vaccum on your straw, because we all drink beer with straws right?
