I just got here to pick up my bottles, it’s not that busy.

I don't think that is ever truly live? I just think historically ti's busy friday afternoons like many bars.

The Banana Cream Snowbirds 5 was my favorite non-BA stout I drank all of last year. I'm excited to see how it plays out in its barrel aged version.

I was also lucky enough to snag a bottle of the 3-year BA Snowbirds 3. That will be saved for a NYE celebration most likely...

Snowbirds 3 is like all barrel, can’t really taste the adjuncts which I don’t mind at all. Think these really sweet stouts need 2+ years on the base so they don’t come off as sweet.

yeah all the sweetness is gone in 3yr 3 and it's just oily richness and bourbon. small hint of coffee on the front and marcona on the back. great stuff! I grabbed the ba banana cream and that'll probably still scratch the pastry itch

Is Citra + Galaxy sold out already? It was on their IG post as being released on Wednesday, but it's not available at Centre St today. Over the summer it lasted so long that I ordered it a month after it had shown up and didn't realize it was the same batch, but this time it didn't last two days?

it's back up! the webshop is always quirky in that regard (things will vanish and reappear with no apparent logic)

Enjoying some snowbirds outside in the sun, went with 3 and 4

3 is quite good - solid amount of barrel, very chocolatey. Abv works well, easy to sip on

I’m impressed with 4 - was a little nervous, while sweet I don’t find it cloying. Banana may be pushed to the back by everything else, but the chocolate notes are great and the cinnamon comes through nicely toward the finish

TDH Vapor Ringz is still (back?) in stock at Centre St, in case you missed the release a few weeks back. It's not listed as in stock for curbside, so I thought I'd mention it.

I’m drinking some 6 week old green down to the socks to reflect my disgust for Verstappen winning…..

Latest batch of Forever Simcoe is great, better than the last one if my memory serves me. Is this the time of year the brewers get new/fresh hop deliveries- is that what's going on with the great hoppy beers rolling off the canning line?

Krocodile Broc is another Wow beer for me. Their collaboration with Cerebral. Very smooth and soft, great nose. What a treat this one is.

The race - changing the call re: lapped cars to prioritize racing ie give us that sham of a last lap was insulting. Did enjoy the videos of Toto crowdsurfing, and the pre-noon stouts dulled the pain

Picked up a Snowbirds 5 Marcona at the Rock at around 4:30 Friday. No line and everything was available except the 3-year. Drank it Saturday night and it was fantastic.

So I never picked up my order this weekend, do they just refund? Was on my way there, got to the F train and saw it's not running all weekend (nor the G) and a one way trip time was 55-minutes. Said fuck it, as it's just beer and I picked up 2 of the bottles at Rock Center
