Other Half Brewery raffle (Oct 2)

    Maybe you already noticed that next Friday, Oct. 2, there will be a charity raffle in Brooklyn, with a prize of a tour for four people of Other Half Brewery, plus two 64-oz growlers and fills:

    The Brooklyn bottle shop Covenhoven is also donating a 4-pack of rare beers. The raffle takes place at 61 Local, a Brooklyn bar that specializes in fresh local brews on tap only.

    Sounds really cool but I've seen all those trinity beers in at least 5 shops in LI. None of them blew me away either.

    However, the tour has been interested.

    And don't forget the two growler fills from Other Half's taproom, which is only a short walk from the bar and will be open after the prizewinner is announced.
