    otherhalftaproom New on tap this week starting today is Bretty Crocker: a Brett C fermented farmhouse stout with Cherries and New York State Honey made in collaboration with @centralcervecera . We're open and pouring this starting tonight 5pm-10pm.

    Nice! Any chance El Dorado will be pouring this evening as well? The board looked pretty empty on Sunday.

    They will probably keg some El Dorado up whenever the canning run occurs. Lately it's been on Fridays. It's possible it would be up this weekend, also possible they won't tap it until something kicks, depending.

    @Kanger any more word on the OH/Trillium collab? I must know more. I will be waiting in line for that stuff. Seems like they're brewing that soon?

    and

    "A little last minute hop strategizing for our collab with @trilliumbrewing. Hammering out the final dry hopping schedule with @zacahrylyle. Hope you guys like Galaxy, Simcoe, Amarillo and Equinox"

    love Galaxy myself, but do you really think it's underrated? I feel like it's right up there with Citra & Mosaic for the most loved hops on the planet at this point

    I think I meant to say under-utilized. Its such a great hop but I dont see it used often enough. Definitely has to do with the price and accessibility.

    My favorite galaxy based beer is Barrier Bittersweet.

    Wish i could go but cant make it this weekend. Is there anyone from the New Brunswick area going tomorrow who wouldn't mind picking up a 4 pack of el Dorado for me? We can work out a trade if needed.

    Yeah El Dorado tasting good off the canning line. The smell doesn't match the flavor imo.
