Umm, so yeah did not go so well. I gave it the benefit of the doubt as I recall the first bottle being decent. It was a hot mess sad to say. A few good flavors are there, toasty malts and some hop bitterness, but they don't play well with the very prominent bite of the RW barrel. Made it about 3 ounces before I had to send it to a better place.

A fresh Doug would have been nice to cleanse the palate...

I don't think you have anything to worry about if you get there by 12 either. The last time I got there around that time and there was still plenty of everything. My wait was 30-40 minutes, fwiw.

I highly doubt GD will sell out. Granted Doug is in 12 oz can, so there is a lot more to go around.

Love it when new people come here looking for info and then head straight to the trading forum to flip their cans.

I bought a case of green diamonds, and a few growlers. Pumped to go and will return for other releases

But I would def take a couple of cans and try for a couple treehouse. Which I have wanted to try for some time now

I think the Kane Head High can release may have kept a few NJ/PA dudes from heading up today. I haven't seen OH tweet at all about cans running low so I would assume they have plenty left for tomorrow too.

This was such a great release. No lines no worry about anything. Grabbed a couple beers and then casually walked back to get cans. How their releases should be.
