    Exactly, some beers don't settle well and are better fresh but most of the time with OH for me they really start to shine at 3 weeks. As someone mentioned above, Motueka+Galaxy was one of those beers that around a month really wasn't too great (for me).

    I had a DDH Daydream in Green at 2 months and I thought it was better than fresh. But that's just my opinion.

    One time I was on line and a guy I was chatting with told me you need to drink DDH beers within 2 weeks or they drop. I couldn't disagree more with that statement.

    I love seeing these Friday afternoon check ins at Other Half. Something weirdly reassuring, knowing those delicious beers are that much more accessible.

    New taproom is a really nice space. Major upgrade over the old one. And everything's tasting good too so thats always a plus!

    AGE needs at least 2 weeks on it before I'll drink it. I have a feeling the AEE I have is going to get better with a few weeks on it as well.

    who said anything about 1-3 months of aging being horrid? third anni came out 8 months ago. that is an unbelievable amount of self control and way beyond the prime of those hops.

    Depends on the brewery, I've had a few really good beers that turned into really shitty beers after 3-4 weeks. Sometimes all those hops are just used to cover up a bad base beer.

    Shortest line I've seen in a very long time, I woke up early for another reason, and figured I might as well I make sure I get some Cream Get the Honey. Think I got there at ~8:15 and was got in line just before the Recycling Center.

    Drinking it on the beach right now. I really enjoying it. I wish I bought 2 packs because I could crush this all day long.

    I hope they start canning more beers like the helles. I love IPAs but sometimes a different style is a nice change of pace, especially in the hotter weather.
