....but you've probably spent way more than 7 hrs on this or comparable websites this week...or maybe it was plopped on the couch staring at the tv. you choose what's important to you and others do the same. someone mentioned waking up at 3a to go fishing...to me, you couldn't pay me to do that. to each their own. why judge?

 

Btw here's a pet peeve. If you're in the cash line (as I was) and you end up just handing them a credit card for payment after they pile up all your beer, you're a fucking dickhead and I hope you dropped everything off your hipster bike on your way home. (Whew felt good to vent about that) asshole.

I was there at 7:45 and Orbit was out by 11:50 per the staff. Didn't really care meself.

 

Not for fills I don't think. 4 and 12oz pours.

 

Do you have something against bikes? I was the guy with the titanium bike locked up out front and I waited 3 hours and 40 minutes for beer and never was in the cash line. I would be angry about someone paying credit in the cash line as well considering people with cash were able to get ahead of my place in line.

 

What is the chatter about a mid week release?

 

That's a very telling statement about today's craft beer world right there. They should be doing everything they can to discourage people getting there at 4am. I'm sure their neighbors don't enjoy it.

 

Got there at 8am, got all my stuff around 12:30pm. Probably not gonna do this again unless some changes are made.

 

I have one comment about the thread today, "Yes. Yessssssssss. Let the hate flow through you."

 

Yeah the credit card in the cash line should be the highlight here, not the bike - not sure what the point of that detail was

 

I didn't go today, but I do enjoy a lot of these comments too. I especially like that a lot of these "we need changes comments" could be copy/pasted from a year ago when all the releases were like this haha

 

So how late could you have gotten there for the collab? Seems like it was later than expected and later than LW.

 

I'd say 930 ish maybe 10 but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

From reading through this thread it's just not good for the scene when you have open container tickets, public urinating, littering and hit and runs.

 

Liking this new batch of Forever Ever. Pretty much impossible for me to compare this to the old batch considering that I haven't had it in almost a year, but I almost wish I bought more than one 4-pack.

 

Anything left going into tomorrow?

 

Got there at 12 and there was plenty left at 2 when I got some. There was also only like 30 people left in line. Pretty sure you could've gotten there at 2:30 and gotten some with no wait.

 

Funny how waiting in line was again pointless for the hyped collab. Starting to question my sanity for doing it.

 

I showed up at 4:15pm and got the last 4-pk! Was also able to grab a bottle of IAL Rye/Bourbon. No line, in and out in 2 mins.
