FYI those are low fill rejects, hence the upside down label.

Do you have the case counts for the 3rd anni and the collab?

They are still canning tomorrow. So there probably won't be a case count until then.

Kanger, thanks for all you contribute to this thread and BA with regards to the growing NYC beer scene and for sharing the ins and outs about OH production.

Is it possible to wait for him to respond instead of repeating questions? Simmah down now.

Chances the Cellar collab is a hoppy American BW?

Drinking a DDH Suparillo. Been an interesting experience. Incredible aroma, and first sip I thought to myself "this is what beer should taste like." But after that I found it a bit dry/abrasive. However, as it warmed it mellowed a bit which allowed the incredible, stone fruit flavor to come forward. Still wish it was a bit less dry, but an excllent beer overall.

Bit of an odd assumption/guess/expectation, considering neither one of them have probed that style in depth

...if an overly Hoppy American barleywine is your thing, then cross over to Jersey for some "Vengeful Heart"

OH has really stepped it up in 2016. So, if they want to continue collaborating with the plethora of marketable geniuses, and talented brewers, then so be it. However, I hope Narrow Gauge comes across their radar, because Jeff is cool as hell…a talented/knowledgeable brewing monster

Anyone know if/when the actual anniversary party is and if there is anything special planned?

Did anyone else hear that the cans tomorrow with inverted colors (Black on Gold vs Gold on Black) are actually 2nd Anny recipe?

Hello old friends, it's been a while.

How bad do we think the lines are going to be on Saturday? Backed up to Garnet corner or ALL the way back to Court street?

PS - Best beer of the last few months was the DDH Space Diamonds...WOW!

I still think DDH ACE was better than DDH Space Diamonds

I agree, DDH Space Diamonds was insane.

If I were to rank all of the DDH Beers from Other Half recently Id have ACE higher. not that the rankings mean anything the degree of separation between the rankings would be minute.

All iterations of ACE are really good but I favor a few other hops ahead of citra which is probably why it doesn't blow me away.
