When does Other Half typically announce their can release information? Can't find anything official on Saturday's releases.

I tried City Slickers the other night and was not a big fan. I never had the cans, but can anyone who has had both batches comment on the difference between the two batches, if any? Maybe it's just not my style IPA, but I was expecting to really like it based on the buzz.

City Slickers tastes like liquid Arizona, and I mean that in the best way possible.

I had one of my cans this weekend (kept in the fridge since purchase) and it tasted as good as the first day as best I can remember. It's a unique beer for sure (not that I've had many with fruit like prickly pear added). I too am curious if the new batch is different.

Also had a can over the weekend and it was still excellent.

Higher limits too at 1 case pp per beer.

A case PP per beer! Wow. Say what you will about how exciting these beers are(n't), that is something to celebrate.

Wonder if the case pp limit is because they're expecting a higher yield? Hoping this is another walk up at 10:45 with no line and walk out with a case situation. Hoping to grab a mixed case of the lower abv beers to hold onto for the fourth of july weekend, a nice change of pace for sure.

I think its because they will not be in much demand and they dont have the space to store them. If the last release with didnt sell out the day of I cant see this one.

Annoyed to be missing this one. Lower ABV beers for the summer heat sounds nice to me. Hopefully something is left later in the day Sunday.

I'm pretty sure the higher limits are more because they don't like not selling out of their beers the first day. They need to keep fueling the hype so we all keep thinking of OH as an "ISO ISO ISO!" brewery esp. because the NYC beer scene is more crowded than ever.

BBS I'll give you but SGE isn't exactly going to win any design awards...it's like...just a yellow label.

It is just a yellow label, and I'm pretty sure the award will go to it. Wanna bet?
