    With a lot of local breweries and the joy that goes with people scoring beer from the brewery fresh off the lines, natural reaction is for people to associate beer being its best day one or two. But that is not necessarily the case. IPAs are best fresh, but fresh and best is relative, it could be 2,3 ,4 weeks , all depends on the beer.

    So true. I often find IPAs taste best with about two weeks on them.

    My homebrew IPAs often hit their stride about a month in.

    Yea...a couple of weeks but not months. I learned my lesson with Grimm's beers to wait at least 10 days before opening them.

    I totally forgot to ask if we were going to have those on in the tap room tomorrow. I'm guessing no, but I'll ask in the morning.

    Flowerzzz is tasting nice. Will be good fresh or cellared for a little while.
