Public service announcement for anyone who might be driving to OH tomorrow from points north: Bike NY is tomorrow and at some point during the morning the BQE will be closed. Dunno when, but I know it'll be closed in the am at some point. Just an FYI.

 

It's on Sunday, but maybe they are doing the closures tomorrow, although that doesn't seem like it would fly with New York drivers.

Line is about 50 or so people more than this time last weekend.

 

Hoptron had a keg yesterday and it's pretty great. The dank aspects of heavily mosaic hopped beers really goes well with the brett. I got more sour than "barnyard" so if the latter is your thing it might not be there

So if I leave in 25 mins and it takes me an hour to get there I'm basically out of luck?

 

If it was me I wouldn't risk it.

look at the positive dude..you aren't waiting 2 hrs in line for beer..and you could be doing more positive things..like SLEEPING

 

This is the worst I've seen it personally. Practically to court. Line going to take forever too cause of all the options.

 

I wish this only took 2 hours, it's probably closer to 4

I'm not a late sleeper unfortunately. Prob go later before the Derby for growlers. Maybe they'll be some stragglers.
