    If you ever feel like fighting it, you can say it wasn't beer. Cops/judges never send beer to the lab to prove that's what it is because it's too expensive and they assume people will not fight it. They only do it with weed etc. Never tried it myself but heard that from someone who knows.

    Tried that when I got a ticket in the subway about 6 years ago with a can of HT. Cop took a sip of it, no joke. Safe to say that it didn't work.

    Beermenus.com is very effective in NY. Just put in your location and just do a general Other Half search and I'm sure you'll get plenty of options.
