I have this problem with damn fruit flys in my garden. I grow a lot of veggies during the year and like to drink some beer while hanging outside keeping the garden in check. The damn fruit flys always find a way into my damn beer, especially when I just pour a new glass.

To combat this I've been leaving glasses of shitty miller lite people leave at my house next to the beer I'm drinking and the fruit flys go right for the miller lite. Patent pending...

Is the big issue that the beer turned out to be clear? If it still tastes fine what's the big deal? OH is not the first brewery that comes to mind when I think of putting out sub-par beer or QC issues.

What do people think is going to be the winner this week? I get the feeling that Highballers is probably the most likely to be a miss given that it has a lot going on.

Citra for sure though the interboro/ET collab was surprisingly not a gimmicky beer

The winter batch of Suparillo was far better than the Springs.

I’m skipping this release but a friend is on line right now and says it’s all the way down Garnet, for those who are curious.

Anybody hit the taproom care to comment on the current state of activity- the usual post-release frenzy?

Dare I say it, this morning seemed like a smaller release.

I think we were told during the initial count there were only 180 or so cases each of the Citra Daydream/Highballers and 400 or so of Dare I say. I wonder if the yield was less or if OH is kegging more beer (particularly given they can sell more beer at a higher price out of the taproom now). Every 15 gallon half keg is ~5 cases of cans we won't see (check me on this @dhaakon ).

If anyone was wondering, taproom lively, growler line long but reasonable, new beers delicious as always on for fills and pours. Just rode over from Sixpoint where they had free tastes with their cans; this is the best beer day ever.
