I live in Brooklyn and don't go to bars that much anymore, and often don't want to commit to drinking a whole growler(or paying close to double what the cans cost), so cans are nice. Totally agree with your last sentence, which is why I mostly stopped going to OH can releases.

Still sorta considering going down today, if it looks like there will be any beer left.

 

I'm considering making my first trip in well over 6 months. Are they doing the POS in the new space? Has this helped the line move a bit faster? I woke up with a shitty head cold and don't want to be standing outside in the cold for too long.

Considering getting there by 1230-1. Honestly don't care if I get shut out of stacks. Just want some HS cans.

 

Any update on the line?

 

Just walked out with cans. Line is 3/4 down the block on centre st. Cash line definitely made a difference. Bravo to OH to making improvements. Also had a table behind the cashiers so people can pack up without holding up the line.

Very smooth release today. Home by 11.

 

Agree. I'm already back home & that's via train back to Midtown. Extra line helped & so did the separate staging area for those of us having to play tetris to fit stuff in multiple bags (me). I definitely didn't need to get there so damn early. Oh well.

 

Super smooth release. Got there at 9:45 when line was halfway to Garnet. Line started moving then. Was out the door by 10:45. The extra register and the "packing area" made a huge difference.

All the griping here seems to have made its way to the OH guys.

 

Just cracked a Stacks can. Delicious. Extremely dank. These are going to develop really nicely. Not a trace of the 8.5% to be found.

 

Wonderful morning, in and out in 5min. Kudos to OH.

 

They finally sell a 16oz glass! Today was a win!

 

Hope they atill have some left in 4 hours because thats how long it takes me to get throughthe traffic near JFk

 

OH crew did a great job with the release today and upping the limits on Stacks was certainly appreciated by those who came early. Here's hoping future releases go as smoothly.

 

awesome release. left my place at 11:10, brought my bike right up to the register, 2 4 packs of stacks on stacks, home by 11:50. beautiful morning.

 

Any chance both cans will be left still in an hour and a half? I wasn't planning on going but now thinking I'll take the trip
