They just posted on Instagram 70 cases of All Green left. I'm guessing that means way more Equinox and In Absentia are left.

Not true. Monarch goes during the week and buys kegs directly from them. This is exactly how a lot of other bars obtain OH kegs. They get cans only when they dont sell out. Monarch does not take beers from ppl waiing on line. They go after the beer release and legally purchase what is left from OH..east park on the other hand does exactly what you described. They wait in line, buy beer in large bulks, which takes away from normal customers looking for beer to drink.

East Park waits on line and mules cans and sells them for extreme mark-ups.

They had a bunch left. They also had Teku glasses (along with all their other glass offerings.) Snagged one of those.

Agreed that these 2 are my favorite IPAs they've brewed. I am hoping this is a sign of the path they are heading down in the future.

Yeah the AGE canning run was a little smaller than usual. Should be plenty of Equnox and In Ab bottles.

Think the bottles will last through weekend or maybe make it out to retail?

I got a growler fill of Stacks on Stacks at Milk and Hops yesterday as well and it's delicious. Definitely a bit maltier than the second anniversary and less in your face but people act like that has to be a bad thing.
Edit: Both are in my top 5 OH ipa's. Right up there with Mosaic and All Green

Pretty sure cans of Stacks would be even better than on tap. Hoping/Assuming that will be the next release in 2 weeks. I definitely enjoyed 2nd Anniversary out of can over draft. Aroma explosion.

If that's the case I would definitely be at that release. I'd love to see how that beer opens up with a couple weeks on it

It seems to me that you were one of the guys to complain about pricing which therefore East Park lost their privilege to carry cans. They were the only place to have it in Long Beach before Monarch started getting them. It was my go-to spot until they broke the news on me but I guess thank you for that.

Last the week-end - perhaps. Retail I highly doubt it.

First off I didnt complain to anyone. Second of all, they were selling them iLLEGALY at insane mark-ups! They wete having mules wait on line to buy beer that they are not allowed to resell and effectively took beers out of the hands of people waiting on line behind them that were actually going to consume them. You sir are not intelligent.

East park never had the priveledge to sell OH's cans on premises. You cannot lose a priveledge that you never had. Do you not understand how distribution works?

Obviously it was legal if they had multiple releases and they still have kegs on tap. And I wouldn't be calling other people unintelligent because what you said was just plain stupidity. If they're buying cans to resell, they're obviously being consumed by someone, aren't they? And why not the mark up, don't they make it more convenient for you to pick it up instead of having to travel to Brooklyn? Like myself, I can't make it at the times of the release due to work but I also don't mind paying extra. You sir....are just not loyal.

If they didn't have the privilege, then why continue posting up on Instagram? Don't you think it would've reached to Other Half's attention and they would've put a stop to it?

I have seen east park have cans on friday before the release but they dont post it or sell it. I higly doubt they wait on lines. Even if they waited on lines. How do they come out with 5 cases of each? Either way its convenient for some people to pay extra and not wait on lines. I have picked up a few times from them.

Here is an another reason they dont wait on lines and get most of the stuff directly from them. You dont need to wait on lines to get kegs. 1) Oat overdose 2) 2nd Aniversary 3) Stacks on Stacks all back to back and they had it. Its a biger picture to this, and correct me if i am wrong east park made monarch carry OH. Either way, when every i go to monarch for a growler either they are out or dont have it.

The guy at east park told me they wont do cans anymore because of the price issues and will be doing kegs of everything from OH i was a bit mad about it beacuse i would rather do cans then growler and pay a bit more for saving me a trip. Btw there growlers are cheaper then other half.

Here now. Small can line in the brewery, that's about it. This rules.

This morning might have been the best experience I've ever had at OH. Turned the street corner to find no line at 9AM. Freaked out & thought I may have mixed up the weekends but walked up to the door to find the taproom open and bustling. Bought my allotment (and then some.) Snagged a Teku glass. Pet the cat. Crushed a beer and was home by before 10.
