Green Diamonds cans taste much better to me than when I've had it on draft. Apparently Street Green was better in cans than draft too, although I missed out on the cans.

 

had one street green can on the day of release and even tho it was good I felt like it was still a bit green. I had it on draft at at taproom and the blind tiger and thought it was better on draft surprisingly, but I didn't have cans to compare how time changed them.

I wonder if green diamond is brewed to be can condition if that is even a thing but on draft it's not the same as in can, at least not anymore.

 

Anyone who was at the tap room last night know if 2nd Anni made it through the night? Looking to stop by after work for a fill.

 

I thought Street Green was better in cans than draft, but not by some significant margin. Haven't had 2nd Ann. on draft yet, but the can is phenomenal. I'm also loving the dark ale. Wish there had been a higher limit on that...

 

I was there last night and it was not overly busy. I would be very surprised if they ran out.

It was still on when I stopped in around 9:45 for a fill. I think they said they had around 35 growler fills of it, if that makes sense.

 

How much is a 32oz fill for the 2nd Anni?

Is good beer still doing growlers? i saw that the other day, but looks it it's been taken off the growler list now.

Were kegs of this limited? I am not seeing it pop up in too many places in the city and really want to try it

 

I saw that too. It was up for $26 64oz growler fill one day and then off that list, the next, but still on the tap list for $9 for 12oz.

 

I don't know to be honest, I bought one @ GB Tuesday night.

 

I bet kegs will start popping up around the city, I'm sure they are still being distributed etc. I was at Cooper's Chelsea last night and they had it on tap.

 

I know. I decided to pass on a growler because of the price, and then I ended up drinking three of them while I was there, which ended up costing marginally more

Good problem, I guess.

 

Im at OH now having a few beers. 5 people here (including myself) and everyones getting 2nd anniversary growlers. It seems loke they got a good amt left but prob wont last the night.

 

The only thing I don't like about 2nd anniversary is that too few people will have it. This is right on par with any treehouse offering, Absolutely fantastic, my first wow beer of 2016

 

2d Anniversary is my favorite OH I have had. I still have Tiny Dancer dreams occasionally but I just maybe romanticizing that one a bit.

I may still like AGE a tad more. Hoping for an AGE and Mosaic can run on 3-12 since I'll finally be back to other half. I can't say I've had short dark and handsome or greenbacks. Hopefully they're on tap then!
