Definitely going BUT really don't know when to get there. I went to the AGE release that sold out. I got there at 11 (was meeting friends in the area anyway for lunch) waited nearly an hour and walked away with two growlers

I wouldn't stress over when you get there. I went for my first time for the last AGE and Hop Showers release and arrived around 2 and was in and out in less than 5 minutes with packs of both.

Don't park at McDonalds, McDonalds is in business to sell burgers, not to accommodate beer geeks who won't walk half a mile to get their beer.

Local businesses start complaining about any bad behavior because of OH will only cause problems for OH and in turn impact everybody who loves the place.

Can confirm. Have also seen coolers, and I've seen a few coolers in my day.

Yeah I carry cases home on the subway all the time. Funny when people get upset at having to park a few blocks away from the brewery.

if you don't want to look for a spot you can always park at lowes and walk across the bridge. it's a huge parking lot so shouldn't create any issues like parking at McD's. That was a good tip from the original forum

Anyone able to post a photo of the tap room board? Going through their website to Beermenus doesn't seem to work for me like it should. Contemplating going (love Green Diamonds) but would like to add a growler or two of something new/can't get at my local place (currently, they have OH IPA and Forever Ever IPA).

Been there twice driving in from NJ. Parking is never an issue. Maybe 10 minutes at most to find a spot and walk to brewery. Bring a backpack. Rolling cooler would work but the brewery is small and tight, especially with people in there.

When I was there on Monday they had Microgreen, Nice Life, All Green Everything, It's Not You it's me with Lychee, OH IPA, Golden Spelt, All The Hip Hops, Forever Ever, Hup Hup Hup, Hop Showers.

I wouldn't doubt if Oat Junkie is there this weekend.

Wow - I had no idea. There are bunch of Lowes yelp reviews talking about this. Great tip. Thanks!

Perfect! Thanks! May grab 64 oz of Hop Showers for a party on Sat. Love that beer! Now to pic one for personal 32 oz growler. Maybe I'll try 2-3 while there. Really want to try All the Hip Hops but heard great things about INYIM with Lychee. Good problems to have while visiting!

I would get that. Only $9 for the 32.

Wondering what you thought of the price point at $24/4pk?

What time have lines started to form for the recent OH can sales?

I've never been to OH but am surprised that parking can be an issue. Whenever I'm in Brooklyn (somewhat frequently, I guess), there always seems to be plenty of spaces.

Lines form whenever the fools decide to show up and wait. Arrive around noon-- you can walk in with no line and get your cans.

not necessarily foolish to wait in a line to get on w/ your day...i hate lines, but showing up at noon invites some serious traffic into the equation...bqe/belt = no fun

It sounds high, but at least they're selling these can legally. I would imagine they paid more than $16/pk since Other Half had to drive up there to deliver them. Also it seems like a gourmet specialty shop that would charge higher prices anyway, especially for something that's not available in any other store. Plus if I lived around Redhook, the mark up on cans would be cheaper than the cost/hassle of traveling down to Brooklyn.
