I'll take it. I like filling up, having a beer and leaving without the hustle and bustle of can release day. Although... the OH cans are pretty nice trading material now.

How are Small Green Everything and All the Hip Hops? I would love to try these!

    Looks like $8/$14 for SGE.

I thought the SGE was a little thin this year. Esp compared with Forever Ever.

Hip Hops is a bit bitter and malty when it's cold, but the hops come through very nicely when it warms up a little.

Superfun was $26 / 64oz at the brewery?

Yeah which is why I was asking - if that was the supposed brewery price it must be a mistake

So the can sale starts at 10, and the tap room opens at noon?

Why do they always release on weekends I leave. I don't get it. :slight_frown:

do you think we see any new cans sometime this summer or just single hop series and age. and green diamonds on rotation

They really should can their standard IPA. It doesn't get the attention it deserves.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them can one of there saisons/farmhouse ales.

Just got an email about a new beer boat (Brooklyn Barge Bar) opening in Greenpoint next week.

It says in their promo, "As far as huge boats with bars, buckets of Other Half beers..."

    Surely that's a typo?

Perhaps they were trying to say "Bucket loads of" as in they will have lots of local beers like Other Half.

Good call. I had a few drinks when I saw the ad, so I guess I took it quite literally.

Either way, bucket loads of OH brews, draft or cans, is fine by me.

Because I'm an ass and had to get out of here early, I came early to be a jerk standing on line. Just walked up, I'm about 25th on line 1 hour before open. Finding parking was a real bitch. Anyway, is this a lot of people? First can release so I have no idea.

I don't think there are even 40 people here total to be honest.
