I just feel like lining up for a collab I've never had before makes me not want to go. There's always exceptions though, but for the most part I just want some single hops again.

How many 4 packs of each variety do they unusually have available during these releases?

Gonna be in town this weekend and have never been to Other Half...really don't want to wait in a long line for cans. Are they going to put these releases on tap? If so, how long will they last?

One of the best collab beers of this year, City Slickers, was a very low key release. I hope more will be made!

Had galaxy last night at milk and hops, not sure if the batch is just too fresh but it was a lot more earthy then the last can batch of it was.

Thats exactly what I thought. It was too earthy and grassy for my liking....

It depends on the release and how many people who up. 3-4 four packs per person is typical but at the City Slickers/LGG release they upped that to a case per person when they saw the line wasn't horrendous. You can almost always walk out of the brewing with around 30 pints for any given release.

Their IG said 2 4-packs pp of ACE and 3 4-packs pp of the 2 collabs.

Thanks but was thinking big picture. For example, 500 4packs of each variety, etc? Trying to get a total number and then divide by three to see how many people will be successful.

Honestly, with the way things have been going there i don't see anyone who shows up past 8 am getting any beer. Maybe even a little earlier.

No way. I think you're overestimating how many people show up that early. Looks like a high yield this time too. They'll knock it down to 2 4packs pp if it is super crowded. It'll last the morning IMO

We showed up at 830 for All Citra, got no bracelet. Shut out of everything but Forever Ever, this release is going to be huge in comparison to that one.

Edit - I'm hoping you are correct of course, but they've been getting out of hand on the huge releases.

I'm rethinking this one...I'd be a little pissy if I sat on a sidewalk for 2 hours to miss out on beer.

Randomly perusing the board and have been reading the Monkish thread. Its a damn-near spitting image of past OH threads:

    1) Speculation (and shock) at how early the line will form
    2) How a BPT release would eliminate the long wait times
    3) Release behavior: Assholes drinking in line and leaving garbage, line cutters

What happens at OH happens at just about every big brewery release across the country. I have seen much worse at other places. It is NYC, people line up for hours for shitty rainbow bagels, it is to be expected.

If anything I give OH props for the recent releases, they are listening to peoples complains and trying to improve the process.

Amazing, that post is 1 hour old with 1 comment. If this was on OH's account there would be 500 likes already and 300 stupid comments with people tagging their friends.
