Really digging Mosaic. It's definitely my favorite of the single hop IPA's so far. As soon as I poured it from the can, it popped of that unique aroma I only get from mosaic hops. It's the only hop variety I'm confident that I can identify in a blind tasting. Good stuff .

From OH Facebook page. One more reason to love these guys aside from the awesome beer!

<<Bushwick Finefare illegally sells our beer and sells it for a HUGE markup. Do not purchase our beer from them. The appropriate authorities have been notified. When we sell our beer wholesale to a retailer, we will notify the public. The goal is to never have a retailer ever sell our beer at the price point they have chosen. No beer is worth their markup. No retailer we will ever deal with would be allowed to sell our beer for this much of a premium.
The whole "beer hype" thing is out of control. We are doing our best to compensate for increased demand so that more and more people will have the chance to stop by the brewery and buy beer without worrying about supply running out. We can't begin to express our gratitude for the support everyone has given. Thanks again and stay tuned for new can releases every two weeks for the foreseeable future.>>

I agree. I think in the last few months I have seen such a nice pattern of OH beginning to dial in their profile across their IPAs. Going back a year to Tiny Dancer, Hopshowers, Citra and Nelson, they were all great beers but I am not sure they were identifiable as OH as a whole. What they have done recently with the IPAs is amazing. Between Citra, Greenbacks, Nelson they are all a nice little family now. I brought a 4 pack of Mosaic and a growler of Tree House Eureka with Citra to a bbq yesterday and the TH got thumped.

OH - If you are reading, please put one of these on cask for the summer.

My care package (GD, Nelson & Citra) arrived late Friday afternoon. Already had the first 2 can releases of GD. New to the Citra and Nelson. My top 5 hops include the citra, nelson, mosaic & simcoe. I brought cans of Nelson and Citra with me to share yesterday at my local brewery's 1 year anniversary. Nelson was the favorite of the 2. A total grapefruit bomb. I'm curious on how the Mosaic is tasting. Big shout out to OH. Also big shout out to @iamjo for the trade.

A friend made the trip from NJ and got me a 4 pack of AGE and Mosaic. Had both last night and they were both excellent. The Mosaic was my favorite of all the single hop cans they have put out so far. My only complaint would be I wish the AGE was in 12 oz can 6 packs instead of the 4-16 oz. as it's just too big a beer to be in 16 oz cans. That 10.5% abv translates to 14% abv in the big can which limits drinkability. First world problems, I know!!!

Stopped by OH today, was refreshing to be there and have it not overflowing with people.

Mosaic on tap is better than the only can I've had so far, IMHO - creamier mouthfeel to balance the intense hop aroma. Hop Showers is just delicious, and I think has gotten swept away in all the "Green-whatever" and single-hop madness. I'd probably take a Hop Showers over a Green Diamonds any day.

I agree about Hop Showers. It's my favorite beer from OH and I will, and have on a few occasions, fill up a growler with Hop Showers over any other beer they have on tap at the same time. Really hope that's the next canned release.
