Someone told me their system cant fill 32oz growlers that have a smaller mouths. Makes sense. The 64's have the same size mouth as their 32's

Was it on Thursday? Think I saw a girl with a list and a bag full of growlers buying a couple of 32 ouncers at closing time. $20 is steep (plus $5 for the growler) and I'm kicking myself for not getting one because of the price. All green everything is probably gone by now. Got the Superfun instead which is great. You must have a ton of growlers living in MA with their laws.

Yes. It was Thursday night. That would have been her. Her receipt was 9:55pm. It's good, but for $20, I probably would have told her to only by 1. I was in the car armed under the no perking sign

Got a growler fill of Green Diamonds from Prospect Heights Beer Works yesterday, just opened it and poured a glass and it's definitely under carbonated and maltier than I remember having it on tap elsewhere. First time getting a growler from PHBW, definitely will not do it again. Pretty disappointed, gonna get it direct from the source next time. Has anyone had a growler go bad in under 24 hours without opening it?

Unopened growlers don't go bad within 24 hours. I had Green Diamonds Thursday at Oh and drank a growler Friday, tasted as goods as it always has. What did I tell you about getting your OH beer directly from th source ?

@jrnyc I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED! hahaha, yeah I will definitely only be getting it from them directly from here on out or at least a place that does growler fills correctly. The growlers at PHBW has those cheap white caps I've been hearing about, sometimes you gotta learn the hard way I guess. I had one glass and decided it was best to just drain pour it. RIP what should be/is a great beer.

The Other Half Guys were at Belgium Comes to Cooperstown this past week-end. I even passed them on the highway on the way up.

I tried their farmhouse which was great. They also had a pale ale and something else on tap. I was pretty buzzed by the time I got around to their table so don't quite remember exactly what they had.

FYI, they were pouring the Chardonnay barrel version of said saison (forthcoming bottle release). I didn't make it up personally but my buddy was pouring with them.

And @rojapa PHBW worst growler fill place ever. Good place for scorin turds tho

I think they said the release would be in 2 weeks. Not sure though, I was pretty banged up at that point.

At that price I think I will be satisfied with Higher Standard and War Elephant growlers, 26 and 20 respectively for 64's. BTW Rushing Duck now distro to NYC, so y'all can get locally next WE batch.

    Ditto

Also - did anyone try the Cool Summer Bro! that they posted about on Instagram yesterday? An American Wheat Ale with Brett and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin

At least as far as the picture goes, it definitely looks delicious
