So a new Beer Advocate meet up idea is for us to meet at Torst on Dec 23rd for the Other Half/Evil Twin release.

    Anyone else around that night?

I'll be there with some buddies. Watching the Falcons/Saints game out of self-hatred first, so I might actually miss all the good stuff, but we'll see!

@bigjohn was just about to post that, very exciting. I'm curious to the see what the price will be compared to growler fills though.

I've been following the burgeoning OH saga for quite a while and the hype has been enticing. But not quite enough to make the trip into Brooklyn from Suffolk County (work in Manhattan, but not really a bar-goer either). I'm hoping the distro on these cans will be just wide enough that I can finally partake of this acclaimed OH hop goodness.

I believe the only place to get the cans will be at the brewery. Maybe some lucky bars will get a few.

kudos to whoever is doing the design for OH - i thought the BA stout bottles were awesome, but these cans look incredible.

This is awesome news, love the 16 ounce cans too, perfect! Was going to pass on going to the brewery this weekend, but if coming soon means this weekend need to pick some of these up! If anyone goes there and spots these let us know.

On Instagram they said they're prototypes and no date for when they will be available so no need to line up at the brewery this weekend

Plus I don't think they'll announce a release date either like the V-Love bottles. They don't want ridiculous lines.

Hopefully we don't have people lining up for this stuff.

The way they did the V-Love release was perfect, no waiting in line and they had that second release so there were bottles available for a couple weeks. Hopefully that's the way they'll handle all their bottled/canned releases from here on out. The only thing I'm nervous about is what the price is gonna be for these.

I've said it before, but let's welcome Brooklyn to the new home of NYC trade bait.

I researched the mass transit (LIRR, subway) route to get to OH—didn't seem too bad. I suppose I could think up a reason to spend at least half a day in Brooklyn.
