    As much as I would like to minimize the amount of beer I give Kanger, I love Other Half too much to stay away :slight_smile:!

    Ha, ha, only kidding Erik, I think you will come out well ahead on this one.

    So looks like they are distributing V-Love bottles to shops. I saw that Brouwerij Lane got some and Bed-Stuy Beer Works got a bunch too.

    What do you guys think about Smokescreens?

    They have it on tap at Hoptron right now. A bit of a trip but a lot closer to me than downtown Brooklyn.

    I thought it was a very good Stout. I for one do not really like "smokey" in my stouts, but this beer was very well done.

    They have Newburgh Hop Drop too, might have to bring 2 growlers.

    Yeah it's good stuff. I'm not a huge stout guy, but I enjoyed it. And at about 11%, it goes down really smooth.

    Very nice. I get more smoke in the nose than the taste (mostly in the finish), but as an IS it certainly stands out. A lot of dark chocolate and dark fruits. Very chewy, I like it.

    was at Grand Central today and went by Beer Table Pantry to ogle their prices and they were selling V Love bottles for $33 !!!!! crazy

    im sorry, and i know we are never to speak of that bottle again but, has anyone opened up one of the wine barrel aged stout they put out several months ago? just wondering if a few months may have made it any better.
