    the first one that was seemingly serious - "what kinda yeast" sort of makes sense. Just based solely on that often when they're changing yeasts they call out "Vermont"

    also - possible that theyre fearful of a Trillium-esque Fermentation change that (allegedly, I haven't had the new profile) ruined their beers.

    Anyone crack open the BA Snow Birds bottle yet!? Keep hearing great things about. I traded for a bottle and am wondering whether I should crack it now or later? For those who cracked it open already, do you recommend waiting or is it ready to drink now!?

    Drink it now, I wouldn't bother sitting on adjunct stouts since those flavors fall off pretty quick.

    Is anyone else bothered by the fact that the new Green Diamonds label is shades of blue and purple? Other than spinsamzo I mean.

    Isn't it DDH Green Diamonds tho? The colors for DDH labels are usually different like DMD for example.

    Absolutely agreed... but then, they’ll print a Grateful Dead lyric on the bottom of a batch of Space Diamonds.. so us non-hiphop loving OH fans can be hopeful.
