I don't know much about the recent release of this but I'm guessing it was the standard "sold out in an hour" type of thing. Just wondering if anyone has recently traded for this and if its just commandeering other cans or much more. Saw an exorbitant amount of cases people had gotten via Instagram. Thanks in advance for any insight into this as I would love to snag some.
I was one of the first few people there for the release. There were between 200-300 cases. Friday limit 1 case. The brewer's expected it to last through the weekend, but by Saturday there were only 25 cases left so they cut the limit down. It is a really delicious beer and it was hard to not keep drinking them once you start.
I've seen guys offering them for other highly sought after IPA and DIPAs. I don't think you will need to send any whales unless someone is greedy in which you should just say no thanks and move on.
Did a small deal for this a couple weeks ago. I gave up 2x Hop Juju, 1x BBPt5 for 3x Green Diamonds. The beer is very good, perhaps a small notch below the very best DIPAs but still immensely enjoyable.
