Triple cream and mylar bags are both phenomenal.

Yeah DDH Mylar bags slams. Also most of these look like they came from the Brooklyn location except the DDH Always and Forever.

Is the DDH Always and Forever still good though?

$46 bucks for 2 4 packs? I guess I'm rationalizing this as that would have been the equivalent of an uber detour to stop by OH on the way to Manhattan from LaGuardia....

Not sure how often they restock the shelf, but they had 5-6 different kinds at 2:09, but only less than 2-3 4 packs per each on shelf...

First thoughts on mosaic and montueka- yes the foam tastes amazingly fruity and tangy when licking the overflow from the side of your glass, but it devolves from there. Even with the bitterness of paying like $23 bucks after taxes for a four pack, other than a really smooth water profile, from the too sweet flavor, you’d probably identify this as one of the top 20 Hop Butcher beers.

I was there at about 2:30 and they had huge stacks of each beer, I’d guess there’s still some left.

Not much at all unless they had them stashed somewhere else. Just 3-4 varieties left, 1-2 four packs of each. LP Binnys.

It was great to have this drop, but hopefully this acts as an eye opener that we have just as good, if not better beer being produced right here in the Windy City

If you appreciate a value, we have it better. We have Hop Butcher, Half Acre, Maplewood, ect, all offering really well made new school ipa for 15.99 and less if you count Old Irving, Alarmist, Old Nation, some transient, and others.

I’m not familiar with a market on the east coast that has that many options at reasonably price points

Had hazies by HB, phase 3, riverlands, maplewood, and HA tonight.

yes, we have plenty of options, but they aren’t in the same league as OH.
