my heart sinks just a little every time I see the word 'daydream' after 'mylar'.

this new dream layers variant (nelson, hallertau blanc + cascade) is excellent. i remember liking the earlier one but it's definitely getting more dialed-in.

it's also a bit mysterious - no date on the can (at least in my four-pack), not on the keg list, same name as the previous variant, etc.

One of my Forever Simcoes from last week was missing the label. That was 3rd time this year I got a stickerless beer.

The can I’m drinking now is exactly what I expect. Hard to believe I had a muted, oxidized can. Probably my stupid mouth.

Not the best weather to drive in but decided, fuck it, and got 4s of Forever Simcoe, Nuggets, the imperial Dream Layers and dual hop DIPA and to echo what one of you guys said, FS is fantastic. Especially after 3 slices of L&B red square with sausage

Glad to hear it!! Such an underrated, underhyped OH beer. Better than 90% collabs they make

    Yoooooo
Simcoe + Vic Secret is fucking banging right out the cannon. I’ve been digging the VS hop a lot lately and OH works it’s spicy danky magic here. Incredible, really. One 4-pack of this will not suffice, haha.

Full disclosure, I woke up feeling a little under the weather so take my review with a grain of salt. Coco What Now reminds is like Snowbirds Lite. Super sweet and not a ton of barrel character. Coconut is there though. I wouldn’t buy a bottle.

neither snowbirds or this new coco what now are barrel aged tho, right?

i enjoy the OH coconut flavor in stouts but snowbirds 2 and double drupe will be hard to top

New stout is straight soy sauce. Happy to say they served it at the proper temp, though.
