    I had it for the first time last week. Solid but not "all that".

    I didn't have the 2013 version but this year's version was too cloying for my palate; I had it on draft.

    I think that @MrDave nailed it with: "...it was reminiscent of how an older DIPA can get."

    Glad I'm not the only one. I was crazy about this beer when it came out last year but the things "timotao" noted about this year's version were spot on. I even had a bottle 2+ months after bottling last year that held up extremely well and still retained the bright hop aroma/flavor. This year's was not bad at all but far from the beer I had last year and not really worth the $16.99 price tag I paid IMHO.
