It's the retailer's fault, they are supposed to rotate their stock. Complain to them and try to find retailers who know why it's important to rotate stock.

Yes. Saison-Brett has always been late hopped on the brewhouse and dry hopped with Amarillo.

Thanks! After a good product, there aren't many things I like more than a brewer who is active in the beer community and is so responsive... now if your stuff would only make it to PA...

So I'm drinking one right now and the hops, especially in the aroma have certainly faded. Very little discernible bitterness but there's a yeasty quality that remains and keeps it from being lackluster. Also, now that I focus on the mouthfeel, it's thin and not what was probably intended by the brewer. But I think that the thing that's kept this from fading as badly as other beers is the fact that it has been mostly protected from sunlight while being in that box and also, of course, because it's been in a refrigerator. So keep up the box packaging Boulevard!

Couple weeks ago I picked up 2 4packs of Sixpoint 3Beans from a local liquor store that I've never been to. Decent craft selection.

Exp dates on them were 7/2013. Long story short I'm not complaining. Still tastes awesome.
