Mea culpa. That's what I get for posting without putting my glasses on.

Don't know yet..... someone said they could buy it for $6/ea. online. I haven't looked for it yet, but they are always nice throw-ins because my wife enjoys them.

Of course some place in Mo Hill would pull a dick move like that. If they overcharge like that with other beers, you should contact a few other breweries and hopefully the owners will get the point.

Same situation here in SoCal. A liquor store in Long Beach sells a bottle of Pliny for $13. Or maybe it was $16. Outrageous! Best $ I've seen it here was $3.99. But they recently up the price to $4.19. Bargain.

Yea I have a feeling I know that store, a few months ago they had a bottle of Pliny that was eight months old for that price.

    Cheers....

That same place was also selling Double Jack that was 4 months old. But it was still delicious... strange. =P

Agreed. I recently had a chat with a liquor store owner in southern california who regularly gets pliny and has a great selection about the Pliny craze.

As we were talking a guy came in asked where was the Pliny and the owner said it sold out in 3 hours of delivery. The guy got mad and walked out of the store passing by a number of good fresh ipas and dipas in the store.

An "out of the way" type of shop..... Their Pliny certainly wasn't cheap though, but less than 2 months old, so it was a "Why Not?!" for Pliny here!
