over foamed Nitrogen beer

    I've recently addeed a beer gas line to my kegerator. I'm using beer gas at 30 psi through 4' of beer line and through a stout tap.It's dispensing BBC Russian Imperial Stout. If I open the tap all the way I get a glass of foam that takes about 15 minutes to settle. If I open the tap only a crack it pours correctly but slowly. Any suggestions?​
