Would there be growlers, merchandise, and samples available at this location?

Obviously yes as the previous poster said. Just wanted to say that I went there last month, had a couple beers and bought a shirt. Nice people, unique beer & vibe.

Does Oxbow do growler fills of their draft offerings, or are they for on-site consumption only? Are their growlers for purchase or is it a deposit that you can get back if you return the growlers?

Place is solid, beer is solid, highly recommend it. Love the giant tree branch light over the bar also...

They have growler fills for several of their draft offerings you can take home. You purchase the growlers like normal, not sure if they'll refund you if you bring it back.

Thanks! Haven't seen many that refund around here outside of Jack's Abby, but I did notice a note on Foundation's site that they did so I thought I'd ask.

In my opinion Oxbow is making some of the most interesting beer in New England. They didn't jump on milk shake train and are making something very unique. Love them. Everyone is buzzing about NE IPA's(and rightfully so) but I think the real gem of our region are aged farmhouses. These guys, HF, Allagash, Mystic, Trillium, putting out some wild shit.

The Portland tasting room is a lot of fun. Last time I was there was for the liquid swords release. I hate hip hop music, but I'd be a liar if I didn't admit to enjoying wu-tang blasting over the speakers with old kung fu movies playing on the projector. Wild place.

Of all my stops last May in Portland (Bissell, Foundation, etc) I think Oxbow was my favorite. The beer is amazing and that space is just an incredible vibe. I went on a low key Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very busy and it was just great! Can't wait to get back there again this year.

Everyone who gets up to Portland soon, do yourself a favor and buy Momoko!

I can't believe it's still around. Hands down one of the best peach wild ales I've tried.

Has anyone tried the new batch (#11) of BAFPA? There are a couple ratings on untappd but no information outside of the rating.

    Barrels used?
    Cost?
    Bottle size?
