Pack It In, Pack It Out LIF

In addition to my love of beer, I also really enjoy backpacking and hiking. Growing up in rural New England it was a big part of my life, and part of what I love most about living in Central New York now is easy access to the Adirondacks. For those of you that don't know, there is a club called the "46ers" that you gain membership in after you've climbed all 46 "High Peaks" over 4000 feet (no jokes from you people out west). I'm currently making my way through it.

I won the Literary LIF a few weeks ago, so now it's time for me to pass on the beer karma! I don't have a cellar full of walez, but I'm offering up the following:

BA Sierra Nevada Bigfoot
Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast
Brooklyn Black Ops (a couple years old, not remembering exactly which vintage at the moment)
Plus, I'll fill up the balance of a 6-shipper with any of the winner's wants/style preferences that I can get my hands on.

Whoever answers the following questions first will be the winner! I'll post one set of clues a day until a winner is crowned. One guess per day per person.

Question 1: How many Adirondack High Peaks have I climbed?
Question 2: What was my first high peak?
Question 3: What was my most recent high peak?
Question 4: What is the highest summit I have ever climbed?
Question 5: This summer I hope to hike part of a trail I've never been on and visit a brewery nearby. What is the trail and the brewery?

Alright, good guesses, and thanks for playing so far! Here are the clues for day 2. So far there are 0 correct answers.

1) I've hit my total over the course of 8 trips to the ADKs
2) My first high peak was under 5000' in elevation
3) My most recent high peak was also under 5000' in elevation
4) The highest summit I have ever climbed is west of the Mississippi
5) The trail and brewery I hope to hit up this summer are east of the Mississippi

Another day, another clue! Still 0 correct answers, but I like the way you all are thinking!

1) On two of the trips I only hiked one NEW peak, but on the other 6 I hit up multiples (giggity giggity)
2) I got my first high peak as part of a hike through the Lower Great Range
3) My most recent peak was hiked during my bachelor party, and we stayed at a lodge in Elizabethtown, NY due to the proximity to our hike
4) The high summit is one of the 200 highest mountain peaks of greater North America with at least 500 meters of topographic prominence
5) The trail and brewery are north of the Mason Dixon line

Ok, we got a correct answer! One person had one answer right. Another day, another clue!

1) I've climbed more than 1/3 of the peaks but less than 1/2
2) On my first high peak, I took the Scenic Trail. Beautiful, but a bitch.
3) My most recent peak has three words in it's name
4) My highest summit is in one of the Four Corners states, but not one where it's legal to celebrate today's date
5) The trail is also the name of a brewery, but not the nearby one I want to visit

 

Awwww yeah! Getting warmer! Last round one person had 2 right and one person had 1.5 right. Next round!

1) Same number as what Bradley Newell had in the trunk of his car, oh yeah
2) You'd be a "tool" to not enjoy the view up the scenic trail
3) Getting to the top was a lot harder than running up a flight of stairs in Philadelphia
