How do you guys pack a box that just contains 12 oz bottles? I've always used 750 ml shippers in the past but this is my first trade where all the bottles are small format. I feel like using a big bottle shipper is kind of a waste. Any ideas?

If you aren't looking for "quick", then small bottles are great candidates for just good ol' bubble wrap in a densely packed box. You'll save on shipping costs with the much smaller box rather than using a larger styro or box-in-box system.

    I always do the following:

Wrap every individual 12 oz. bottle in a piece of bubble wrap. Then jam the wrapped bottles into a four of six pack holder. This keeps them from moving around, banging into each other, or going about anywhere. Plus, you can stick them into the box right-side up to minimize the sloshing.

    Works for me.

The wide bubble wrap you can buy @ Home Depot works really well for 12oz bottles. I think it's 24" high and perforated every 12". I generally use a 24" wide strip (2 perforations) and that seems to do the trick. Just pack them tightly and you should be fine.

steimie sends well packed boxes. I prefer to use the free bubble envelopes from fedex for individual bottles. works really nice for any size bottle/can.
