Thanks in advance for any help here.

I've now got a few trades under my belt, and most of them have been pretty big boxes, so I've just been using old wine boxes, taped up, and stuffed with paper, peanuts, bubble wrap, hefty bags, etc.

However, lets say I want to send just a couple, or even a single, BIG beer for another, I don't want to be using a huge box for that.

So, my question is: what do you all use for "smaller" trades (as in just one or two bottle trades)?

I just use a smaller box.

Fair enough, I don't seem to have many small cardboard boxes laying around.

I'd also heard something about polystyrene boxes that were perfect for this type of thing, but don't know what the person was referring to

go to post office, they have the flat rate boxes that work great. Or you could try Uline.com

Uhaul sells styro shippers that will fit 1,2,3,6 or 12 bottles. Spend more than $25, and they'll ship them to you for free. Click HERE

Or just go to a local liquor store and get empty booze boxes from them. Between these and $0.68 14x14x14 boxes from Wal-Mart, I'm usually set on boxes.
