I recently had a big bottle of Don De Dieu and the next day, well let's just say that I spent some time on the throne, Lol. Now this has never happened to me before, so I'm thinking it's their yeast strain? I just bought a sixer of Rogue's Dead Guy Ale and read where they use Pacman yeast. Is this fermented differently than the strains they use in BSPA's? I don't want another episode as I did with the DDD. Thanks in advance!
Might not be Brett, but certain esters as Unibroue's yeast strain is a high ester former, just like many Brett sp.
