Going to be vacationing in Palm coast next month. Any bottle shop, brewery, restaurant recommendations? Family vacation, so probably only travel as far as Daytona or St Augustine, Thanks.

Wasteland. St Augustine is not much better.

Found a good Irish pub but they are closed in Daytona.

I'd suggest packing your own. Stopping in Jacksonville maybe, or living off the locals at publix. .

So you are telling me there is nothing worth seeking out while I am in Daytona for a gymnastics meet? It sounds like Total Wine in Daytona is my best bet.

Tomoka Brewing is just south of Daytona, in Port Orange. Their brews aren't anything too special, but I'd say they're worth a quick drive down from Daytona. TBH the 30 minute drive down from Palm Coast would be pushing it though. If you do go, they can crowler their draft options for you. Theres also an ABC less than 5 minutes away from Tomoka, which actually keeps a pretty decent stock.

Bog Brewing here in St. Augustine is a good option, it is tiny but its been open about a year and I went for the first time the other day. Had a flight of everything and liked most of them, especially the IPA and Chipotle Porter. Fun atmosphere and really good service. Only been to Ancient City Brewing once, the Red Ale was great, everything else was ok. I have never been but there is also Old Coast Ales here in St. Aug that is supposed to be a really good microbrewery. Jacksonville has Intuition, Aardwolf, Bold City, Veterens United, etc. It has been a slow process but this area is getting more and more options.
