Just landed and wondering if I can find Pliny around here. I know nothing about their distro so this might be a stupid question. Also, are there any FSW gems available that I don't get here in TX. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
I don't know about distro in the desert, but FW Velvet Merkin just hit LA shelves in the past few days, so I'd keep my eyes open for that. You may get that in TX, but not sure.
Just FYI, the "Palm Springs Liquor" that's highly rated on here is located in La Mesa, near/in San Diego and nowhere near Palm Springs. It seems that it's miscategorized in "Places" to show that it's in Palm Desert. Palm Springs/Desert/Rancho Mirage locals can probably be of more assistance, but I'd imagine your best bet would be a gourmet market like a Whole Foods, Bristol Farms, or maybe a Sprouts. There may also be a Bevmo out there.
