Palo Santo Marron and palate changes

    I had the opposite reaction when I tried Palo Santo for the first time. I remember going on a tour of the DFH brewery back about 7 years ago. The had a "Bucket of Shame" for people to spit out their samples of Palo Santo since it was too strong for some people. I tried it, loved it and ever since it's ranked as one of my top-5 beers. It's the first beer I ever reviewed and rated on BA. No trip to the DFH brewery is complete without picking up a 4pk or two.

    Old Chub for me. I really enjoy scotch ales as a whole now :slight_smile:
