Beach Liquors should have a nice selection....swing down toward Seaside and hit Grayton...its not far and they had some offerings that surprised the hell out of me...we all know them for the 30A beer but there is a good selection at the brewpub there...I would (and will) go back. Food is great too...
If you are driving there you have a few options (can't speak for Panama City as we stay in Navarre). Chans Wine World has a pretty good selection, it is at the intersection of 293@98 in Destin (about 10 min longer drive). They show to have one in Panama City, so you can check out the selection here https://panamacitybeach.chanswineworld.com/index.html?bpop=1, They also have a nice bar/restaurant attached. I have called the Destin store in the past and had them get/hold beer for me. Another good place to stop on the way is in Mobile, Cottage Hill Package Store. A few miles off 10, but good selection.
