Yes method and Coalesce once by a mobile canning group. It was an unmitigated disaster. It was shortly before Jon and Jim parted ways.

Picked Up a six pack of Coalesce yesterday. Worst Beer I have had in a long while. Horrible off flavors. Can't believe they let it go out for sale. Wasted 15.99. Won't be trying anything from them again. Any brewery that would let that batch get out doesn't give a crap about there customers. I'm out on all these guys.

Definitely stay away from all things Steady Habit. After Jon, it was Austin Japs as brewer; he left for Nebco. Then some dude named Jonas Griggs; think he’s now at Thimble Island. No idea who is brewing now or if they have any experience.

Actually comes in 4 pack. Worse as relates to the price, better in that there are 2 less pints to drainpour!

Absolutely correct, it was a 4 Pack. My Bad. Side note is I talked to the guys where I bought the 4 pack and they are very willing to refund me for the last 3. They also asked me to bring them back so they could try it for themselves to see before pulling it from the shelves.

Per Parable Brewing Company's Facebook page, posted 12/22:

"We hope everyone enjoys their holiday season, we were hoping to open the last 2 weeks of December but we are going to fall short of that goal. However, it is looking like Saturday, January 6, will be the day we can finally open up and sell some beer. As we get closer we will update you with exact times etc. Thank you and we hope to see you soon! #ctbeer #parablebeer"

After over looking some schedule issues with the holiday season upon us we have to push back the opening one week to Saturday January 13, 2018. While we were on pace to open on the 6th, the holidays set us back slightly. Rather than rush anything, we will wait the extra week. We will open from 11am - 5pm on the 13th and we will have Briteside IPA (6.7% abv, Mosaic) and Secret Phases Pale Ale (5% abv, Simcoe, Amarillo) on tap for fills and pours, (we will only have crowlers so if you want growlers filled please bring CLEAN growlers of your own.) We wish everyone a very happy New Year and look forward to kicking the year off right with you all on the 13th!!!

    - From Facebook.

Going to get a crowler I think. Sounds interesting.

Should always make sure things are just right before opening. Probably should not have put a date on in that far in advance, though. Just open or announce a couple days before when you are 100% certain things are perfect.

I heard some rumblings that there is another brewer and Jon moved on. Can anybody confirm this? I was looking forward to seeing what he could do at Parable since I was a big fan of SH back in the day.

In today’s fb thread Jon claimed he was still there.

Jon did have issues with hitting timing commitments at SH too. No idea what’s going on, but I hope they work it out soon!

    Still hoping!!!!

Thanks, I think I read something in some FB group, which I took with a grain salt. Good to hear it’s not true.
