Parabola-fresh or cellar?

    Hey GRG1313 - I was implying that the taste of alcohol or burn in "beer" seemed to get stronger to me personally. Not wine. Sorry for being so vague about the topic. I don't believe that alcohol increases in either product. With wine - the level of alcohol found in central Cali. is insane! 15-17% on some of these labels seem extremely high! Some burn but others mask the the heat nicely due to an absorbent amount of oak & fruit. Sometimes balance is lost or people get turned off by the burn/heat in both beer and wine. I am one of those people currently. Cheers!
