Parabola in Denver

Can't wait for more Parabola. I kept buying a bottle here and there to cellar or trade, but I just kept drinking it. Its just so good when it hits your lips. I was able to hide one bottle of 2011 from myself.

 

Can't wait to get my grubby hands on some.

 

It's a nice day so I strolled over to Argonaut, not on shelves yet and the guy working the cooler acted like he'd never heard of it, lol. Hit or miss over there I guess with the help.

They did have Uncle Jacob's, at least 1 bottle.

 

Working from home today, I thought about doing this myself. Good to know this; I'll now wait.

 

It could be that they had it and it wasn't stocked on the shelves. But I can tell you as of 11:45am today it was not out.

 

Just got back from Argonaut and someone checked in the back for me...no go. Liquor Mart on Colorado BLVD said they get it in tomorrow.

I saw a bunch of Uncle Jakobs sitting on a shelf in the back room . Total Bev in Westminster also had a lot of it out front.

 

Hmmmmm, do I go to Total Bev after work today? I can't stand I25 north (usually take Hwy 85 home), but Parabola might just be worth it.

 

You may want to call them first. A buddy already bought a case of it there.

 

Just got back from Total Bev in Westminster and got one. They had plenty more.

 

The had told me over the phone it was a 2 bottle limit?

 

They sold him a case? In my experience, Total Bev has been pretty strict about bottle limits.

 

I've never shopped there, but I seem to recall paying $15 for bottles of 2011

 

That is crazy expensive. It was $15 at Total Bev.

 

Mind sharing the location of "someplace else"?
